Morris Taylor health

This blog is dedicated to Master Morris Taylor and his battle against multiple myeloma.

A little scare

Today we had a bit of a scare. Morris almost collapsed this morning and became very dizzy. He was unable to walk without the user of a walker. It was very distressing. A nurse from the hospice came by and was able to eliminate  a stroke. But did not know what it was. We were very concerned. For most of the day he was in bed in a semi-concious state. Towards evening he got better and before bed was feeling fine. Still shaken a bit but feeling better. Still, after this episode, at least for the tie being, someone now needs to be home 24/7. Personally, i think he overexerted himself yesterday. Lucy and Lowell were over, so he decided to make breakfast for everyone, then we had a great visit from Liza and Jody, and then he went to the hospital for some tests, and then went to the BARS concert where he was signing books and selling watercolors--as well as attending a great concert. But all said and done he did not get to sleep until midnight. I am hoping he recovers from that exhausting day and will return to his level of health before today.

Morris passes away, Aug. 9, 2016
Morris passed away about 7:44 p.m. on Aug. 9.  I had chatted with Jonathan about an hour and a half before Morris died. Very depressing.
